<br />Ingredients :<br /><br />- Urad dal (split black lentils)<br />- Chana dal (split bengal gram)<br />- Moong dal (whole green gram) <br />- Yellow moong dal (split yellow gram)<br />- Ginger - green chilli paste<br />- Kothmir (Coriander leaves)<br />- Corn Flour<br />- Salt to taste<br />- Oil for deep frying.<br /><br />Preparation :<br />- Wash Mix dals and Soak it. <br />- Add mix dals into Jar <br />- Add Kothmir (Coriander leaves)<br />- Add Ginger-green chilli paste<br />- Add salt as per taste<br />- Grind all Mixture into paste.<br />- Add Corn flour into mixture.<br />- Create small balls from paste.<br />- Hit oil into pan and deep fry balls <br />- Fry till golden brown in color.<br />- Tasty Dalvada is ready to serve.<br />- Serve hot with tomato sauce or tea or chutney.<br />

<b><br /></b><b></b><b><br />Ingredients : </b>- Semolina / Rava<br />- Curd<br />- Spinach (Palak) and Coriander (Hara Dhaniya) paste<br />- Green chili paste<br />- Carrot paste<br />- Water<br />- Edible Oil<br />- Mustard seeds , Sesame (Til) , Cumin leaves <br />- Eno / Fruit salt<br />- Salt<b><br /><br />Method : </b>- Take One bowl and add Semolin , Curd and water and mix well.<br />- Keep this batter aside for 15 to 20 minutes.<br />- Take 3 bowl and divide this batter into 3 part<br />- For Saffronlayer Add Carrot paste in batter and mix well<br />- For green layer add Coriander , palak and green chili paste<br />- Now take Dhokla plate and Grease it <br />- Add eno into green layer and mix well<br />- Between Turn on gas and heat dhokla cooker<br />- Put greased dhokla plate into Cooker <br />- Pour green batter into plate and steam for around 10 minutes<br />- Between prepare white batter , Add Eno and mix well<br />- After 10 minute pour white layer over green layer and steam for 10 minutes<br />- Finally prepare saffron batter by adding Eno and mix well<br />- After 10 minute pour saffron layer over white layer and steam it for 10 minutes<br />- After 10 minutes check if dhokla cooked properly and turn off flame.<br />- Cool it down for few minutes<br />- Now run a knife around the corners of the baking pan and remove dhokla into a plate<br />- Prepare tadka by heating oil into bowl and add mustard seeds , Sesame (Til) , Cumin leaves <br />- Pour it on top of Dhoklas<br />- Server Tiranga dhokla with green chutney or tomato sauce<b></b></div>

Here I am showing you the recipe of Vegetable Manchurian dry.<br /><br /><b>Ingredients :</b><br />- Grated cabbage<br />- Grated carrot<br />- Grated Cauliflower<br />- Chopped Spring Onion<br />- Chopped green garlic<br />- All purpose flour (Maida)<br />- Corn flour<br />- Ginger garlic green chili paste<br />- Onion<br />- Salt<br />- Tomato Ketchup<br />- Soya sauce<br />- Red chilli sauce<br />- Vinegar<br />- Cooking oil to deep fry<br /><br /><b>Preparation :</b><br />- Preparation for Veg Manchurian balls. :<br />- Add Grated Cabbage , carrot , and Cauliflower into bowl<br />- Add Ginger , garlic, green chili paste.<br />- Add All purpose flour (Maida)<br />- Add Corn flour<br />- Add Salt as per taste<br />- Add Red chili sauce<br />- Add Soya sauce<br />- Mix well all the ingredients<br />- Take small portion and make a round veggie ball.<br />- Now hit oil into pan and deep fry veggie balls.<br />*Note: Oil should be heated more , otherwise more oil will be observed by balls.<br />- Turn over the balls from one side and check if golden in colour..<br />- Fry till crisp and golden in color.<br /><br /><b>Preparation for Sauce :</b><br />- Hit pan and add one tbsp oil<br />- Add chopped Green garlic<br />- Add Chopped ginger , garlic and green chili paste.<br />- Stir and Saute for around 1 minute.<br />- Add chopped onions.<br />- Add Tomato ketchup , Soya sauce , Red chilli sauce , Vinegar and mix well.<br />- Add fried Manchurian balls and add salt as per taste.<br />- Cook for around 2 minute, once cooked sprinkle spring onions.<br />- Veg Manchurian are ready to serve. - Hing (asafoetida)<br />
- Oil <br />
- Salt<br />
- Cooking soda<br />

- Take Besan (Gram flour) into bowl.<br />

- Ginger , garlic paste<br />
- Backing soda<br />
- Sooji (Semolina) <br />
- Butter milk<br />
- Oil to greece<br />
- Salt as per taste<b><br /><br />Preparation :</b>- Take Semolina in bowl and add buttermilk, prepare batter and keep aside for 5-10 minute.<br />

- Take batter and add Ginger Garlic paste , crushed peanuts ,salt as per taste.<br />
- Add baking soda and Mix well all ingredients gently<br />
- Turn on gas and put Appam maker on medium flame<br />

<br />Ingredients : <br />- Seviyan (vermicelli)<br />- Ghee<br />- Chironji (charoli)<br />- Kesar (saffron)<br />- Kishmish (raisins)<br />- Kaju (keshew)<br />- Badam (Almond)<br />- sugar <br />- Milk <br /><br />Method :<br />- Add ghee into pan and heat.<br />- Fry nuts (Chironji ,Kishmish, Kaju , Badam)<br />- Take out fried nuts into bowl.<br />- Add ghee into pan to fry vermicelli (Seviyan)<br />- Add vermicelli and stir till golden brown.<br />- Add boiled milk and stir for few seconds<br />- Add kesar (saffron) and sugar.<br />- Add rosted nuts and stir for 1-2 minute.<br />- Take out Seviyan into bowl <br />- Garnish with nuts<br />- Sheer Khurma / Seviyan is ready to serve.<br />

<br />Ingredients :<br />- Dates (Khajoor)<br />- Dry coconut <br />- Ghee <br />- Almonds <br />- Cashew nuts <br />- Peanuts (groundnut)<br />- Sesame seeds(Til)<br />- Ginger (Sunth) powder<br /><br />Preparation : <br /><br />- Roast peanuts (Groundnuts)<br />- Roast Sesame seeds(Til)<br />- Add peanuts and Sesame seeds and grind well<br />- Heat ghee in pan.<br />- Add dates into pan and cook for 4 to 5 minutes<br />- Stir dates untill losses its moistness. <br />- Add peanuts and sesame seeds miture.<br />- Add Ginger (sunth) powder<br />- Stir for a minute<br />- Add coconut powder<br />- Add Almond and Cashew<br />- Turn off gas and cool down the mixture <br />- Make small size round shape balls (ladoo) from mixture.<br /><br />
