Bhel - Kurmura bhel - Puffed Rice Bhel
Bhel you can also say Bhelpuri is very testy recipe.
Ingredients.
- Rosted puffed Rice (kurmura / Murmura / Mamra)
- 1 cup sev
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped boiled potatoes
- 1/2 cup fried peanuts
- 2 tsp fresh garlic chutney
- 8 tbsp khajur imli ki chutney
- 4 tbsp green chutney
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp finely chopped raw mango
- 4 tbsp sev
- chopped coriander (dhania)
- Curd (Optional)
Recipe.
- Make all the chutneys by following their recipes.
- Take puffed rice in a large bowl.
- Add chopped potatoes, chopped tomatoes, chopped onion.
- Add khajur chutney,garlic chutney and green chutney.
- Add sev.
- Add chaat masala powder(Optional)
- Mix all ingredients together with a large spoon.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Bhel is ready to serve.
note: you can also add curde,green Mango and sugar.
