How to make Chocolate Coconut Swiss roll | Choco cocoa rolls

A quick and easy dessert made from Marie biscuit, chocolate and coconut. Marie biscuit is the favorite tea time snack that we all love, but we can also make some delicious desserts by combining Marie biscuit with other ingredients. Today let us make a delicious chocolate dessert by combining it with Marie biscuit and with a touch of coconut.

There are two layers in chocolate coconut roll
1)Coconut layer and  2)Cocoa powder layer


 

Ingredients : 
- Marie gold Biscuits
- Cocoa powder
- Home made Butter
- Powdered Sugar (Crushed Sugar)
- Grated (desiccated) Coconut
- Milk

Preparation :
To make Chocolate dough (Chocolate layer)
- Take Marie GOLD biscuits and make medium pieces
- Take pieces into grinder and grind into fine biscuit powder
- Take biscuit powder into bowl and add cocoa powder
- Add Powdered sugar
- Add milk
- Mix all ingredients and prepare dough.

To make coconut cream dough (coconut layer)
- Take butter into bowl
- Add grated coconut
- Add Powdered sugar
- Mix well all ingredient

- Take Choco dough between two butter paper sheets and roll it (u can use sheets of plastic)
( Take two plastic bag and put Choco dough inside (cover with plastic bag both side) ) and roll it
- Roll it slowly slowly
- Now add coconut dough over the choco layer
- Rolled it as shown in video
- Fold the sheet into roll and freeze it for around 2-3 hours.
- Chocolate coconut roll is ready , Slice it into equal part.
