How to make Bread Pakoda  / Bread Pakora

Bread Pakora is Indian snack in which Bread is stuffed with potato and covered with gram flour and than deep fried. It is also famous street food.




Ingredients :  
- Bread 
- Potatoes 
- Green peas
- Chopped green chilies
- Coriander leaves
- Gram flour (Besan)
- Edible Oil
- Salt to taste
- Chili powder
- Turmeric (Haldi)
- Masala powder
- Asafoetida

Recipe :

Potato Stuffing : 
- Boil potato and green peas
- Add chopped coriander leaves, green chili , chili powder , Masala powder , Turmeric  and mix it.
- Add salt as per taste and mix it.

Preparing Better : 
- Take  gram flour in one bowl.
- Add some water, red chili powder , masala powder
- add 1 tbsp hot oil

Frying :
- Cut bread into triangle shape.
- Take Edible oil into one pan and put on medium flame
- Now spread potato stuffing on bread slices
- Take another slice and cover stuffed slice
- Deep Slices into Batter
- Deep fry it till golden brown in color.
-  You Delicious Potato Stuffed  Bread Pakoda is Ready to Serve.
- Serve hot with Tomato cache-up or with Sweet / Green Chatni
