Ingredients:
- Semolina (Suji / Rava)
- Green peas (Matar)
- Carrot
- Tomato
- Curry Leaves
- Green chilli
- Onion
- Oil
- Water
- Salt
- Mustard seeds
- White Urad dal (Split black gram)
Preparation:
- Turn on flame, heat a pan and roast rava
- Stir often while roasting rava
- Roast till rava start to look dry and crisp
- Switch off flame and take roasted suji in a plate and keep aside
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add mustard seeds
- Add Urad dal and stir-fry it
- Add curry leaves, onion ,green chilli , carrot and tomato and fry it
- Add geen peas and stir it
- Add some water
- Add salt as per taste
- Add adding rava and stir well
- Cook on low flame around 2 minute
- Upma is ready to serve.
- Serve with chutney or pickle
