Palak Pakora Chaat | Spinach Fritter Chaat
Palak pakora chaat is a Healthy and tasty Chaat recipe, mainly prepared from Palak Pakoda , Dates Tamarind Chutney, Coriander Mint Green Chutney , Curd and Sev.

I just ate it very first time and it is Awesome in taste. Very tempting and Feeling hungry after eating first bite.
Ingredients : *For Making pakoda*
- Palak (Spinach Leaves)
- Besan (Chickpea flour)
- Corn flour + Rice flour
- Salt
- Red Chili powder
- Carom Seeds
- Garam Masala
- Oil
Ingredients : *for Garnishing*
- Date Tamarind Chutney
- Coriander Mint Chutney
- Pomegranate
- Onion
- Tomato
- Sev
- Curd
- Coriander Leaves
Instructions:
- First heat oil while we preparing batter for pakoda
- To prepare batter for pakoda
-- Take Besan into bowl
-- Add Rice flour and Corn flour
-- Add salt, Red chilli powder , Carom Seeds , Garam Masala, Water and mix well.
-- Mix to smooth and lump free thick batter.
For Deep Fry pakoda
-- Once batter is ready Dip the palak leaf into prepared besan batter and coat it completely.
-- Deep fry in hot oil.
-- Stir occasionally and fry on both sides until it turns golden and crisp.
-- Take pakora into a plate
For Garnishing
-- Arrange palak pakora on the plate.
-- Pour dates tamarind chutney, green chutney, curd, onion, tomato, pomegranate
-- sprinkle chilli powder, Sev and Coriander.
- Palak chaat or spinch chaat is ready to serve.
