Besan Sev
Besan Sev / Besan noodles is a dip fried snack made from Besan (gram flour).
Sev used in Murmura , Chevda , Bhel and many other Chats for garnishing.
We can also eat it with Green chilly.
Kids and elder also love this crispy dish.
Ingredients:
- besan (gram flour)
- Haldi(Turmeric Powder )
- Hing (asafoetida)
- Salt as per taste
- Edible Oil
- Water
- Also need sev maker
Preparation :
- Take Besan (Gram flour) into bown
- Add Salt as per taste
- Add Haldi (turmeric powder)
- Add Hing (asafoetida)
- Add Oil to make dough softer
- Mix well and pour
- Take Sev maker and apply oil on sev mold and Inside sev maker
- Put enough dough to fill the cylinder and close sev maker
- Heat the oil to fry sev
- Hold save maker over pan and turn it clockwise , Save will come out slowly.
- Fry sev both side till golden brown.
- Take out sev into serving pen.
- Sev is ready to serve.
