Bhavnagari gathiya is a very popular Gujarati snack which is enjoyed during teatime. The snack is also available in the market in small and big packs for the gathiya lovers.

Ingredients :
- Besan  (Gram flour / chickpea flour)
- Ajwain (celery )
- Hing (asafoetida)
- Oil
- Salt
- Cooking soda
- Water

- Oil to fry.

 Preparation:
- Take Besan (Gram flour) into bowl.
- Add Ajvaine (ayamodakam).
- Now add salt and cooking soda into bowl.
- Add some water on cooking soda
- Add 3-4 tbsp oil to soften dough.
- Add some water and prepare dough for Gathiya.
- Dough is ready.

- Add oil to dip fry Gathiya and hit pane.
- Put Gathiya maker machine (Jaro) on pane as shown in video
- Apply technique as shown in video (Rub dough) to make Bhavnagari Gathiya.
- Fry till Crispy and golden in color.
- Bhavnagari gathiya is ready to serve.

- Serve with Fried green chili OR Chutney OR Sambhar (Salad) OR Onion .
