Instance Rava appam | Sooji Appam | Paniyaram | Breakfast recipe

- Appam (Paniyaram) is a South indian recipe. Main ingredients are Soji / Rava (semolina) and vegetables.
- It is a healthy breakfast recipe. Appam can be eaten as snacks or breakfast.
- Mostly served hot with Sauce or Chutney.


Ingredients : - Crushed Peanuts
- Ginger , garlic paste
- Backing soda
- Sooji (Semolina)
- Butter milk
- Oil to greece
- Salt as per taste

Preparation :
- Take Semolina in bowl and add buttermilk, prepare batter and keep aside for 5-10 minute.
Preparation:
- Take batter and add Ginger Garlic paste , crushed peanuts ,salt as per taste.
- Add baking soda and Mix well all ingredients gently
- Turn on gas and put Appam maker on medium flame
- Now Greece some oil into Appam mold.
- Now pour prepared batter into Appam maker molds.
- Cover it and hit for 3 to 5 minute on medium flame.
- Check one side gets golden brown in color than flip all appams
- Cover it again and hit till another side gets golden brown.
- Take out roasted Appams in a plate
- Prepare serving plate and serve with Sauce.
