Veg Mayonnaise Frankie - Wraps

How to make Veg Mayonnaise Wraps 
"Veg Frankie" is a yummy snack recipe mostly loved by kids.
It is a Lunchbox special recipe.

This kid friendly snack is crisp on the outside and soft on the inside , stuffed with vegetables , Mayonnaise and Tomato sauce. 
It is an yummy Appetizer food also kids carry in lunchbox.



Ingredients :
- Cabbage
- Capsicum
- Onion
- Mashed potato
- Mayonnaise
- Oil
- Salt
- Red chili powder
- Ginger, garlic and green chili paste
- Frankie masala
- Haldi (Turmeric powder)
- Garam masala (Indian Spices)
- Roti (Flat bread) made from menda (all purpose flour) and wheat flour

Preparation :
- Heat pan and add 2-3 tbsp Oil
- Now add Onion ,cabbage and Capsicum and light fry it.

Aloo tikki preparation :
- Now we are going to make Aloo Tikki (Patties)
- Add 2 tbsp oil into pan.
- Now Add Ginger, garlic and green chili paste
- Now add Mashed potato into pan
- Add 1 tbsp red chili powder
- Add 1/2 tbsp Haldi (Turmeric powder)
- Add salt as per taste
- Add Garam masala and Frankie masala
- Mix well all ingredients
- Mixture is ready, take off mixture into bowl
- Make Tikki as shown in video
- Add oil and shallow fry tikki
- Shallow fry tikki from both the sides
- Tikki is ready so take out into plate.

Prepare Wraps:
- Take Roti (Flat bread) prepared from Wheet flour and Menda (All purpose flour)
- Add Oil and heat roti (Bread) from both sides
- Spread Mayonnaise over roti.
- Add Tomato ketchup
- Sprinkle Frankie masala over it
- Add Cabbage and capssicum stuffing.
- Now put tikkies on roti
- Add some ketchup and stuffing and sprinkle frankie masala.
- Now Wrap roti and heat frankie from both sides.
- Do same process for remaining Rotis.

- Frankie is ready to serve.
