Pakora is a Rainy season special food and Mix dal is a good source of Nutrition and Healthy snacks.


Pakora (Fritter) or Bhajji is a very famous Monsoon special recipe.
Pakora is a very tasty and light weight snack which taste good with tomato ketchup, or chutney.
I try to make different pakoras every time , sometimes aloo (potato) pakora, pyaz(onions) pakora and sometimes Banana pakora.

This is one of the most favorite pakora or you can say bhajji.
Mix dal pakora can also be served at tea time and snacks or even as starters.





Ingredients :

- Urad dal (split black lentils)
- Chana dal (split bengal gram)
- Moong dal (whole green gram)
- Yellow moong dal (split yellow gram)
- Ginger - green chilli paste
- Kothmir (Coriander leaves)
- Corn Flour
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying.

Preparation :
- Wash Mix dals and Soak it.
- Add mix dals into Jar
- Add Kothmir (Coriander leaves)
- Add Ginger-green chilli paste
- Add salt as per taste
- Grind all Mixture into paste.
- Add Corn flour into mixture.
- Create small balls from paste.
- Hit oil into pan and deep fry balls
- Fry till golden brown in color.
- Tasty Dalvada is ready to serve.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce or tea or chutney.
