How to make  Aloo pakoda

Crispy Potato Fritter | Potato Bhajji | Aloo Pakoda | Aloo Pakora | Aloo fritters | Aloo Bajji is Mainly preapred from Potato (Aloo) and gram flour (Besan / Chickpea Flour) and deep fry bhajiyas.

Pakora is a Rainy season special snacks food.

Pakora (Fritter)or Bhajji's is a famous recipe for Monsoon , You can also make it in any season and it taste delicious.

Monsoon special Potato Fritters




Ingredients :
- Potato  (Aloo)
- Gram flour (Besan)
- Carom seeds (Ajwain)
- Salt to taste (Namak)
- asafoetida (Hing)
- Baking soda
- Oil for deep frying.

Preparation :

Batter preparation:
- Take Besan into bowl.
- Add Ajwain
- Add salt
- Add Hing
- Add Water and preapre batter
- Add Baking soda
Fritter preparation:
- Take a potato wash it , pill it and make slices as shown in video
- Soak into water
- Mix well and add Baking soda.
- Once better is ready add potato sliced into better
- Add coated potato slies into Oil to deep fr
- Fry till golden brown in color.
- Tasty Aloo pakora is ready to serve.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce or chutney.
